This "CyberGuard AI" mobile application (hereinafter, "App") is owned, maintained and operated by SAH-Immobilien GmbH (hereinafter, "Company"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of Austria. By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the App and your use of the services offered on the App.
It is a part of our terms and conditions that we only collect strictly anonymous usage information in order to maintain and improve the App"s services. This information is used strictly for diagnostic and analytical purposes to keep our services running healthily. We do not collect identifiable personal information through the App.
All information, text, graphics, data, links, software or other materials, are the exclusive property of SAH-Immobilien GmbH. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or use any content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without prior written consent from us.
You agree not to use the App or the services for any illegal, harmful, misleading, fraudulent or other malicious purposes or to post, disseminate or communicate any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter or for any action that potentially may damage the rights.
These Terms of Use are effective as of 1 July 2023. The Company may, at any time, revise these Terms of Use by updating this section. You should, therefore, periodically visit this section to review the current Terms of Use, in order to keep updated with any changes.
These Terms of Use are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the App.
